Hola a todos, feliz Día del Padre para cada uno de los runners de esta comunidad. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia muy especial que viví en esta fecha tan significativa.

Desde hace tiempo mi esposa y mi hija venían planeando algo muy lindo, pero yo no tenía ni la menor idea de lo que estaban preparando. Esta mañana me despertaron temprano con muchas felicitaciones y un desayuno delicioso que habían preparado con mucho cariño, pero lo mejor vino después.

Me entregaron un regalo, y justo en ese momento me contaron que me habían inscrito en una carrera de 5K que se organizó para celebrar el Día del Padre. ¡No lo podía creer! Me sorprendió muchísimo, porque nunca me imaginé que me tenían preparada esa sorpresa. Fue una iniciativa que realmente valoré, porque demuestra todo el amor y apoyo que me tienen, y la importancia de compartir momentos juntos haciendo algo que nos gusta.

Así que, aunque no estaba planeado, me animé a participar. El evento fue sencillo, con un ambiente muy familiar y agradable, pero la verdad es que fue muy bonito vivirlo junto a mi esposa y mi hija, quienes me acompañaron en todo momento. La carrera no fue exactamente de 5 kilómetros, sino que el recorrido final terminó siendo de 4.79 km, pero eso no le quitó nada al disfrute.

Me encantó poder compartir esa experiencia diferente, que se convirtió en un recuerdo inolvidable para nosotros tres. Más allá del esfuerzo físico, lo que más disfruté fue la alegría de estar juntos, apoyándonos y celebrando este día tan especial de una manera activa y divertida.

Hello everyone, Happy Father’s Day to every runner in this community. Today I want to share with you a very special experience I had on this meaningful day.

My wife and daughter had been planning something really nice for a while, but I didn’t have the slightest idea what they were up to. This morning they woke me up early with lots of congratulations and a delicious breakfast they’d prepared with so much love, but the best part came next.

They gave me a gift, and right then they told me they’d signed me up for a 5K race organized to celebrate Father’s Day. I couldn’t believe it! I was completely surprised, because I never imagined they had that surprise in store for me. It was a gesture I truly appreciated, because it shows all the love and support they have for me, and the importance of sharing moments together doing something we enjoy.

So, even though it wasn’t planned, I decided to participate. The event was simple, with a very family-friendly and pleasant atmosphere, but honestly, it was really nice to experience it alongside my wife and daughter, who were with me the whole time. The race wasn’t exactly 5 kilometers; the final distance ended up being 4.79 km, but that didn’t take away from the fun at all.

I loved being able to share that unique experience, which became an unforgettable memory for the three of us. Beyond the physical effort, what I enjoyed most was the joy of being together, supporting each other, and celebrating this special day in an active and fun way.
