Raiders
Rescuing Tandi from prison- I know 2 ways to accomplish this. First is diplomatic route of threatening the ring leader to let her go. The second is much more risky by killing all the Raiders as she may be killed in retaliation. I decided to do this diplomatically to begin with and as soon as I know she is safe i will return and kill the raiders. Gall is the ring leader who you need to negotiate with.
Choosing the above first option will allow you to rescue her unharmed but i think it also depends on skills.
Here is where the dialog options stand out in fallout some can have consequences while here its just funny(option 2).
I have decided i need better armour before taking on the raiders so im off to Junktown.
