This is one of my favourite areas in the whole game remember to holster weapons before entering or you may be attacked.
The hospital with a doctor using 'strange meat' can be avoided but as im paying a Good Character i decided to interfere with his operation.

I've found he tends to die quickly but at least he doesn't hit you by accident.
