Bug reporting - Steemit

DESCRIPTION:
When a tag is removed from a post, the tag is not deleted once the Update Post button is clicked.
This can be annoying when you want to change the category the post is posted to.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Part 1:

• Create a new post with some tags (eg. tag1, tag2, tag3)
• Remove the first tag (tag1)

EXPECTED RESULT: the tag is removed when the Update Post button is clicked
ACTUAL RESULT: the tag is not removed

Part 2:

• Remove the first tag and add 3 more tags (eg. tag2, tag3, taga, tagb, tagc)

EXPECTED RESULT: the post is updated with the new tags
ACTUAL RESULT: an error message appears saying "You have 6 tags total (including the category 'tag1'). Please use only 5 in your post and category line."
