Oops I did it again...

So today really doesn't have to be that difficult.

I'm looking at getting an amazing metal detector.

And for some reason the authorized retailer is not getting it from the distributor.

So I called the manufacturer.

And first person wasn't dingoes at customer service.. Second one was. Oh yeah disclaimer. When they answer this call is recorded... Oops.

Manager is going to listen.

And they will take action.

And find why the distribution has an issue.

Customer is waiting and retailer is getting amazing appreciation for the support and love.

Well... Just say something to the right person and be nice...

Just wait. The heavens will align perfectly.

Oh the customer service issue? Bet that won't happen... Ever again...
