Love where you live?

I've been flicking through a picture book about Australia tonight, it's not the one in the image above, that's the one I sent to a friend in Florida, but it's similar.

The book is filled with stunning images of my country and it was cool to say, "I've been there," as I turned the pages - I've seen a lot of this country and love it all, but I'm yet to see it all of course.

Not everyone is fortunate enough to live in a beautiful country like Australia (I'm born and raised here and feel very gratfor that) but I think if a person scratches the surface, even in shit countries full of strife and turmoil, there's something to like, something interesting to photograph.
