Finding my Neverland

Seeking some faith
clinging to trust,
maybe there’s no pixie dust,
but like Peter Pan
I’ll try to find
my happiest memory
so I can fly
far away from here
to the farthest star
second to the right
my own Neverland
where there’s no regret
you don’t get scars
and life is as simple
as in children’s minds
all you need
is great imagination
to experience adventures
you wanted from life.

Let me go there
help me leave behind
the cruelty of our world
that has hurt my soul
countless of times
I want to find my Neverland
in another home
in another country
in Another person
in somebody’s heart;
second to the right
of the midnight sky
when the clock hits the twelve
I’m flying… to my Neverland.
