SplinterGlossary: Starting the First SuperPage

This is the weekly update on the progress of SplinterGlossary.

What Is SplinterGlossary?

SplinterGlossary is that section of LeoGlossary that defines a glossary of inter-linked terms and definitions for Splinterlands. LeoGlossary is focused on financial, general crypto, but also including Hive and Leofinance terms and definitions, banking terms, insurance terms, and a series of specific lists.

Numbers of the Week

This week I have added 3 new terms to the glossary (including a superpage), so we are now at 330 terms, 12 lists, and 1 superpage.

Some Details

This week I started working on this superpage for Splinterlands and Splinterglossary:

• What is Splinterlands?

It is a work in progress but it is expanded enough (over 1350 words currently) to be a great idea to link it in any Splinterlands-related post you are publishing. I certainly started doing that.

I will also have to include it over time in all Splinterglossary definitions, but that will take time.

Working on the superpage took a great deal of time, but I also added these definitions:

• Gladiator tournaments
• What Doesn't Kill You Ruleset - renamed from Spreading Fury
• Aimless Ruleset
• Ferocity Ruleset

Plans for the Future

Next week I will continue working on the superpage as time allows it, I have plans to update and add a few definitions that will be impacted by changes Splinterlands will introduce very soon (sets), and I hope I'll start adding the superpage to existing definitions. That will be another process that will take time.

Final Words

Remember that the success or not of this project depends a lot on the contribution of others. When you use terms defined in SplinterGlossary in your Splinterlands/gaming posts, it would be great if you'd link them to those definition posts.
