No es de extrañar que una de las metas iniciando el año sean hacer ejercicios y mejorar nuestro cuerpo... pues enero el mes de prueba gratis jajajaj🤣 así que comenzamos en febrero, llevo una semana haciendo entre clases de pilates y cardio, con videos en Youtube.

Y hoy por fin se dio ir a trotar, hice 2,4 km en 30 min... por supuesto entre trote y caminar, espero cultivar la disciplina haciendo ejercicios y dejar un poco la vida sedentaria. Realmente me sorprendí de mi misma al realizar esta semana ejercicios en casa.

Espero que este sea el comienzo de una vida saludable, de una alimentación mejor aunque yo casi siempre como saludable. Pero mi cuerpo necesita mejorar así que espero continuar todo el año 💪
