One Crazy Day in Cyprus 😄

Some days just start with that feeling — time for an adventure. So my good friend and neighbor "Tanja" and me went in her car, and went off to explore a random spot here on Cyprus...

It wasn’t exactly easy to find. The drive alone felt like something out of a safari — narrow dirt paths, overgrown bushes, and terrain that definitely wasn’t car-friendly. But somehow, laughing and dodging branches, we made it.

And there it was: this massive, old water storage silo standing in the middle of nowhere. Obviously, we had to check it out.

Climbing up was a mix of excitement, adrenaline, and "I hope this is a good idea."

But from the top, the view was wild — raw Cyprus landscape in every direction. I also had a peek inside the silo (because of course I did). A bit spooky, a bit echoey, but super cool.

The way back? Let’s just say nature didn’t make it easy. Thorn trees everywhere. We had no choice but to slowly push through. The result?

The car got absolutely wrecked — full of scratches, all over. You’ll see it in the photos. Nature: 1, car paint: 0.

But honestly? Totally worth it. A wild little mission with lots of laughs, amazing views, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time.
