You have been such an angel of light in the blockchain, always looking out for others. My wish for you is that, may happiness find you in all your paths in life. Thank you very much Hive account@mellinda010100 and other generous ecencials for all the help you have rendered to him so far.

Hive account@xplosive has been going through a rough time with his brother and his pet Harris's hawk, they are finding it extremely difficult to afford food and firewood to keep warm in the extremely cold weather in the country of Hungary. You can check out his page to find out more, and if you can help in any way no matter how little it will be great to lend a helping hand to them in this tough time.

Like my Father will always tell us, 'it is not the amount in our bank account that matters but our willingness to help a friend in need no matter how little we can'. Every little drop of help matters as it goes a long way in making someone's life better.

How do I intend to help this friend?
I have begun to follow his account and support his content with my tiny votes and comments.

I have some ecency points stacked which I will be using part of it to boost some of his posts and hope that ecency whale 🐳 may pick them for upvotes. I do not have much liquid hive for now but hopefully, I should be able to tip him hive in a few days. 10% of this post payout has been set to him.

I will like to encourage you Hive account@xplosive to post more often (long-form content), try and increase your engagement level with others as this way your earnings can increase, and gradually you may be able to sustain yourself more financially.

I may not be able to offer you much but this is my little way of lending a helping hand and saying you should keep hopes alive, keep going, be strong, and knows that a better day will come.

Have I ever needed help myself and been lucky enough to find it?

I can honestly tell you that yes, I have needed help many times that I can remember in the past and in one way or another help always comes through for me. Sometimes from hive friends and other times from offline friends. This is why I know what is like to be in dire need and even though I may not have much yet, I'm always willing to help.

Do I ever consciously use my Hive Voting Power to help?

For someone that starts very little on the hive, I know exactly what is like for small accounts like mine. And part of My focus so far is how I and those accounts can grow together. For this, sometimes I make use of my ecency points to boost small accounts with quality content that I noticed are struggling to gather support since I don't have big vote value yet and it always glad my heart when ecency whale comes through for us.

I have learned that if I can't help people with the little that I have now, I'm more likely not going to help when I get more. As humans, our wants will always increase whenever we have more. My humanity shows by how much of my wants I'm willing to sacrifice to help others.
