Now that you've had this meeting you need to get over the feeling of hurt that's just your ego trying to hold you back, take a few minutes to be honest with yourself and write down how your feeling what are your thoughts about what they said.
Process those thoughts and feeling correct the ones you can apolze if that's what needs to be done make steps to correct the behaviour or feelings before you make a how to step by step for your future and that for your family.
