Breakfast smoothie
So we want to educate as much as help save the world one day at a time by reducing the amount of waste we produce .for example frozen fruit package reuse with fresh fruit to be refrozen, orange juice container recycled ,yogurt dish saved for Tupperware dish all helps our planet and the oceans with waste management.so we decided to make smoothies for breakfast using 2 cups of frozen fruit (bananas, strawberries and kiwi)1 cup orange juice ,1 cup yogurt put all that in the blender on blend it wasn't a big hit in our house at all but it's good for us so we drank it won't make it again this way though live and learn
