Meditation Music - Zinc, Nickel and Lead, Sound Alchemy
In my new mediation session, I have put the own frequencies of the minerals zinc, nickel and lead into the background and it can affect the general well-being, vitality and mood and help to improve it. It also has positive effects on the pineal gland and can provide mental clarity or improve creativity.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
