If I understand your question correctly about what exchanges will accept your money, a donor does not have to go to an exchange to donate. Users will download the little Phil application and pay fiat through the app. We act as the fiat payment gateway and use these funds to purchase LPC from exchanges. The donor does not have to do anything to action that side of things as the platform takes care of it all. It will look something like this:

1. A philanthropist on the little Phil app sees a school needs supplies
2. The philanthropist pays in fiat using a credit card in the little Phil app
3. The little Phil platform holds the value of these funds in a smart contract and orders the supplies to be sent
4. The supplies are delivered and the receiver validates delivery using their Unique Digital Identity (UDID)
5. This validation unlocks the smart contract which causes a purchase of LPC from exchanges
6. This LPC is either sent to the supplier's wallet or converted via atomic swap into a preferred currency (e.g. a tethered currency) which they can exchange for their local fiat.
