Do homophobes have rights?

Homophobia encompasses a range of negative attitudes and feelings toward homosexuality or people who are identified or perceived as being lesbian, gay or bisexual.

A lot of people won't really say they are homophobic, they just don't warm up to the homosexual/bisexual trend but they've all been classified under homophobic.

China isn't showing Black Panther: Wakanda Forever due to the inclusion of homosexuality. There are debates on why Qatar is allowed to host the World Cup if they don't support LGBTQ+.

My question is, if homosexuals/bisexuals have the right to do what they want, are cultures which frown upon such acts allowed to have rights as well? Is the LGLGBTQBTQ+ community being forced down the throat of everyone unfairly?
