Saludos querida comunidad de @fulldeporte y @hive en general, el día de hoy les traigo un vídeo dedicado especialmente para todas aquellas personas que entrenan o han pensado en entrenar cualquier tipo de deporte de lucha y específicamente aquellos en los cuales se deben dar golpes con los puños..

Hice para ustedes un material a modo de tutorial en el cual les mostraré la manera correcta de colocarse el vendaje que debe cubrir las manos. Existen dos tipos de vendas deportivas que son las más utilizadas, las de tela de algodón y las elásticas.

Las vendas pueden tener distintas medidas tanto de ancho como de largo pero por lo general estas tienen unas dos pulgadas de ancho y 9 o 12 pies de largo. Es por eso que dependiendo de estas medidas el modo en el que nos vamos a colocar las vendas va a variar y entre los muchos estilos de vendaje que existen hoy en día, yo les mostraré 2 maneras diferentes, cada manera dependerá del tipo de venda.
