I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HIVE! HELP!

Very recently I activated my Hive account which had been mirrored from Steemit some months ago.
At first I thought this is grand but then started to notice some disturbing anomalies.

1. My articles do not include the YouTube videos that were present on the originals. Not even a basic link. They have just been wiped.
2. Updates & improvements to my articles have not transferred so to be able to use the mirrored versions I would need to rebuild them ALL but again, no videos!
3. I would love to work exclusively on Hive but under these circumstances I am unable to.
4. Even if I write on Steemit & manually mirror my work to Hive, the results are lacking essential video material.
5. I now cannot correct errors or add useful items to my articles if Hive has already paid out to me! This is beyond draconian & using the word "forbidden" is offensive. Who's work IS THIS? Yours or MINE?

Can someone tell me why YouTube videos do not appear in the body of my work but I can add them in comments?

Furthermore....

I was disappointed with Steemit for discontinuing the views counter because I relied upon that to assess the reach I was achieving.
Can't a views counter be including on Hive?
