Stamattina io e mio figlio Stefano ( terzogenito,quasi architetto) dopo aver seguito il nostro amico Onofrio in alcune performance abbiamo fatto una prova da sola ...per fare delle mozzarelle...
Che dire ...il risultato può e deve migliorare ma la soddisfazione è davvero davvero grande considerando che una delle cose che mancano in Albania sono proprio le mozzarelle artigianali e quei mille milioni di formaggi che esistono in Italia. Riproveremo al più presto....
