THE FEMINIST

I am the voice of humanity
the pride of humankind’s explicit beauty.

I am the latent flow that makes
the eyes of all that are inspired
by me glow.

I am the color of tomorrows hope,
the persistence of today’s fight, and
the historic tears of yesterday’s ignorance.

I am a woman-the carrier of humankinds destiny;
I am a feminist-the tireless voice crying out for justice;
I am an activist-like the never dying phoenix, i rise beyond all shadows of doubt and fear
into the glorious dawn of a new world order.
An order anchored on equality without animosity.

I am who i am, a feminist is what i am.
i fear no one, i recreate the world with the
passion of my cause.
