Cutlet Day

The market is red, so I have nothing else to do but be in the kitchen and cook, I made simple minced meat cutlets. Fortunately, making them is not difficult, all you need is...

minced beef
grated carrots
mashed onion
garlic
2 eggs
seasonings : salt, paprika powder, minced meat seasoning
And also fresh chives, fresh parsley, and a little dill.

Then mix well and then put them in the oven on a pan to cook, but not over high heat, medium heat so they can cook from the inside too.

They are simple and good with any roast, homemade ones are even better than the ones from the supermarket, whenever I've bought them from the store I've repeatedly received them oversalted which is lot times difficult to eat. 😆😬😬
