Made in China
I guess that if you are not living in Cuba, a vintage car is an absolute luxury that very few can afford. This one for example is a 1948 Tucker Sedan. Only 51 of them were ever made and if you manage to find one, you'll have to pay a couple of millions dollars (give or take) to acquire!
Fortunately this is not the only way to have a rare sample of vintage automobile and keep your savings for a house, a property or whatever you fancy. The answer is called replica and it is cheap, easy to carry and as you can see great for taking pictures of :)
Mine is made in China (where else) in a scale 1/18 and it was a gift from one of my oldest friends. I would expect a toy car from him in the old days that we were both kids but when he gave me that, two years ago, it was a big surprise and I totally loved it :)
The first picture is my entry to 's Photo Quest | Vintage Photography. There is plenty of time if you also want to take part in it!
I reedited in a more "vintage" style some of the pictures that I have used before in this post, that I wrote in January 2020 and that one from last April, so I'll use the #showcasesunday tag, an initiative of meant to revive old and potentially undervalued posts.
All the pictures and the words are mine.
Thank you for reading and if you want to know more about me you can check out my introduction post.
Commenting, upvoting and rebloging are highly appreciated!
