Sopa de Lima From The Yucatan
Oh, when I saw Sopa de Lima on a menu, I had to order it. Not matter what. Even though the soup is served hot, it was still super refreshing during these hot temperatures of the Yucatan. I loved it so much, I started making my own and even bought these blue, cute enamal pots to serve the soup in. But ever since we left the Yucatan I haven't made that soup.
