to be or not to be
Its roar is patient,
its vortices sing praises.
It's so cold, distant, and dangerous,
that I can do nothing but raise words of glory before it.
It hovers before our eyes, gifts us its light,
we are privileged spectators.
We pay for its presence,
God was kind to gift it to us.
He wanted to fill our souls with color and virtue,
how can one not be left open-mouthed.
Before the wonders of the surroundings,
the living creatures that are not just animals.
Everything seems to live and give meaning,
to our existence.
Elegance, color,
who does such things to sweeten bitter life?
What a contradiction, a nature full of abundant beauty and life,
and we, so temporary and short-lived.
