Winter at the creek

It's wintertime, and it is getting colder and colder outside. But still there is no snow here in Linz but also in other regions of Austria they fight for snow. Escpecially in the Winter resorts where they pepare for the winter holidays. When it is too warm it is difficult to produce some artificial snow for the ski-slopes. All of the regions that are not so high in the mountains always have a problem when it is still very warm in December and the time of the christmas holidays. Because the Christmas holidays is one of the main sources of their income.

I just need some cold weather so the water at the creeks and small rivers starts to freeze into ice. I like these beautiful winter and icelandscapes, but what i don't like is the cold weather. I like warm weather in spring, summer and autumn much more. And i am already looking forward to it. This creek is sitauted near Linz and you can find several of these walls stopping the water from overflowing to the valley underneath.
