Watching a bird getting meassured and ringed

Back in 2023 in summer Stefan and I visited Lower Austria for some bird photography, up there is a bird research center were we watched some birds getting a ring and their measurements. It was interesting to watch the biologists there that inspected the birds and It was an excellent thing to learn some interesting facts about birds and see how far they can travel. The catch birds to give them a ring if they don't already have one and if they have one the ring is read and processed in a database to see how far the bird has travelled an where it was seen last.
