Selfmade Strawberry Milkshake
When I was shopping at the supermarked today I saw these beautiful strawberries and I just had to buy them. I made a very good and yummy milkshake with strawberries, milk and Vanilla Ice Cream as well as some sweet cream. It was so good but a sin for my goal to loos some weight. The sweet cream and the milk still has some calories that count towards my daily goal. Next time I will use some very light yoghurt and maybe I can also substitute the sweet cream a little bit. I really need to look for some good recipes for some healthy smoothies that still can taste very good.
With my Thermomix I sure can make a lot of great smoothies and shakes with ease, I just need to try different recipes and of course they should alse be compatible to my taste otherwise I will only make them once, and I really want to find a variation of smothies that might be good for everydays nutrition. Not only fruits for ingredients like vegetables would be great. Maybe someone of you can convince me for a certain smoothie.
