Preparing some broccoli soup
Broccoli soup is one of my favorite soups since it tastes very good and is very easy to make, it is one of the healthy dishes that I regularly cook and eat. With my Thermomix it is easy to mix and cook the soup. you just need some broccoli, water a little bit of cream, salt and pepper, and then cook it for some minutes. Then serving the soup with the cream and some pumpkin seed oil (if you like it).
Since I have a job where I am often forced to eat some quick snack for lunch, I like having some healthy dish on evenings when I have more time to prepare the dish.
