Today I voted on 2 governance decisions, both were info actions.

1 . Cardano in Oceania: A community-led strategic plan for investing in growth.

Voted No.

Reason: I don't think Ocenia is geographical priority. Proposal is very general, it lacks details and the amount (778K ADA is huge). Moreover - Project Catalyst is the place for such proposals. It can start with something small (5-50K of ADA) and then if successfull, it will be supported. Yes, it takes time and effort. But I see no reason to give this insane amount from the treasury.

2 . Budget: ₳5M Loan for Cardano's Global Listing Expansion - Powered by Snek

Voted No.

Reason: I already explained it in previous diary posts. Maybe just to add - I think that's a big waste of funds, and listing should come generic, even if takes some time.
