My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2025
The chiro helped this morning but then I had to work around the farm... My shoulder is so trashed my arm keeps going numb from the knots and nerves. Got harvests done, more spuds dug, cabbage picked, then went to our flying club meeting up north. I'm sore.
