Thirsty Blue Tit (Ink Drawing)

Hello Everyone.
For my last activity today, I made this ink drawing of a thirsty blue tit searching for water from a tap. This is one of the most beautiful and captivating wildlife scene I've seen lately and so I had to make a drawing of it. The Blue tit is a small bird with black stripes around their eyes and body with lemon, yellow, grey, brown and black colour. They can't be mistaken. They feed mostly on insects, spiders and seeds. Finally, they are skilful in the act of searching for food with their body upside down.

I made this drawing with a black ball point pen and pelican paper.
Here are the steps in the drawing;
First, I drew the outline of the bird looking into the tap. I drew out all the essential features in this stage.

Next, I began shading and adding details of feather to the birds skin. I also shaded the wood platform on which the tap was mounted.

Finally, I shaded the body of the tap till I got a satisfactory result.
