Soy fan de estas pequeñas lagartijas, son verdaderos héroes sin capa. No creo que haya un hogar venezolano donde no haya por lo menos un pequeño Gecko o como le solemos llamar "Tuqueque".

En casa hay varios, y me asombra como han podido sobrevivir a la cacería de las gatas. No me gusta cuando alguna de ellas mata a alguno, es verdaderamente lamentable.

Se alimentan precisamente de insectos que por lo menos general son molestos dentro de las casas y estás pequeñas lagartijas urbanas han encontrado en los hogares su habitan perfecto para comer y reproducirse, de hecho, hacen un sonido muy particular.
