Mi historia con el yoga de la risa

Mi historia con el yoga de la risa comienza en Caracas en el año 2014, comencé asistiendo al club de risas más grande de suramérica, se realizaba cada domingo a las 10 am en el parque del este. El movimiento se llama Venezuela Riendo.

Después de pasar un 2017 lleno de estrés y angustia por la realidad de Venezuela en aquel entonces, cosa que me llevó a buscar ayuda me topé en enero del 2018 con el movimiento Barquisimeto Riendo que formaba parte a su vez de este movimiento antes mencionado, y conducían sesiones de yoga de la risa en el parque del este de la ciudad de Barquisimeto y comencé a asistir como un reidor más del grupo. Pero involucrarme tanto con esta actividad me llevó a formarme como instructor internacional de yoga de la risa certificado por la universidad de la Risa de la India.

A mediados de Mayo del 2018 comencé a formar parte del movimiento Barquisimeto Riendo y a su vez de Venezuela Riendo, y desde entonces lideró el club de risas más grande de Barquisimeto, y recientemente después de 2 años de inactividad a causa de la pandemia, hemos retomado las actividades del club. Espero pronto seguir subiendo contenido sobre esta actividad y sus beneficios.

My story with laughter yoga

My story with laughter yoga begins in Caracas in 2014, I started attending the biggest laughter club in South America, it was held every Sunday at 10 am in the east park. The movement is called Venezuela Riendo.

After spending a 2017 full of stress and anguish due to the reality of Venezuela at that time, which led me to seek help I stumbled in January 2018 with the Barquisimeto Riendo movement that was part of this movement mentioned above, and they conducted laughter yoga sessions in the east park of the city of Barquisimeto and I began to attend as one more member of the group. But getting so involved with this activity led me to train as an international laughter yoga instructor certified by the Laughter university of India.

In mid-May 2018 I started to be part of the Barquisimeto Riendo movement and in turn of Venezuela Riendo, and since then led the largest laughter club in Barquisimeto, and recently after 2 years of inactivity because of the pandemic, we have resumed the activities of the club. I hope soon to continue uploading content about this activity and its benefits.
