Creating audiovisual content keeping in mind that you have to do it in 1 minute is quite a challenge, even more so for people like me who tend to talk and talk, ramble and ramble. I admit I had fun shooting and editing the video. This is my first Threeshorts, and it is the first of many more, because it is a challenge for me to create content about philosophy in less than a minute.

In this first video I tried to define and explain what is philosophy? And although it may seem trite, the best way to begin a definition is to embrace etymology, to know that the word philosophy literally means love of wisdom. And that throughout history, and especially in ancient times, philosophy was considered a branch of knowledge that tried to address transcendental issues, deep, create doubts, questions that make us reach reflections beyond the everyday.

Filosofía en 1 minuto

Crear contenido audiovisual teniendo en mente que hay que hacerlo en 1 minuto, es todo un reto, aún más para personas como yo que solemos hablar y hablar, divagar y divagar. Admito que me divertí grabando y editando el video. Este es mi primer Threeshorts, y es el primero de muchos más, porque es un reto para mí crear contenido sobre filosofía en menos de un minuto.

En este primer video intenté definir y explicar ¿qué es la filosofía? Y aunque nos parezca algo trillado, el mejor modo de comenzar una definición es abarcar la etimología, saber que la palabra filosofía significa literalmente amor por la sabiduría. Y que a lo largo de la historia, y sobre todo en la antigüedad, se consideraba a la filosofía como una rama del saber que intentaba abordar cuestiones trascendentales, profundas, crear dudas, cuestionamientos que nos hagan llegar a reflexiones más allá de lo cotidiano.
