It seems that Hive is getting too many harmless in comparison to the total engagement of our network while also having too few daily posts in relation to the amount of people who has Hive as their primary social media. Is as if they are afraid of giving anyone any reason to flag their posts, so they stay quiet and avoid posting their thoughts or anything that might be perceived too low-effort or controversial.

Don't be afraid. Post your mind whatever effort it might be perceived as.

For that reason I believe interfaces such as @peakd, @ecency, etc should have an option called "Quick Post" or something like it, where the user could just post a quick random thought instead of a post that looks like a formal letter or blogpost. In my opinion it should be a post with a predefined title such as "Quick Post", a limit of rewards in, let's say, 20 cents and a predefined tag like quick-post with the used hashtags following it. Quick Posts could also have their couple paragraphs shown in larger fonts when no image is attached and having their title hidden as it is not a complete post.
