What to do within the first 48hours
Hello lovely people,
The first 48hours is very important for chicks. At this point after introducing them to their house they need anti stress in their water so that stress will not kill them. Due to transportation of the birds, they might be week so giving them anti stress will help them to be in good shape and stress free.
Providing them with starter feed and clean water. Providing them with good feed and water help them to be free from any kinds of diseases and make sure their feed and water are easily accessible to them.
Make sure their environment is clean and their environment is at a good temperature to avoid losses.
Monitoring the chicks is very important. Birds are easily spotted when they have any issue with their system. You can know how they behave and even from their poop. If you notice any strange behavior with your chick make sure you take them away from the rest so as not to affect the other birds.
Thanks for viewing my blog and do have a lovely day ahead.
