It all happens for a reason
Take time today to consider the reality that everything happens for a reason. All of the good, all of the bad. As you pause and access a moment, your power or weakness lies not in what has happened, but what will happen next. Turn away from negativity, from judgment, from lies, from the option of bringing pain to others. Turn towards love, compassion, kindness, innate and Universal TRUTH. Start with bringing these light-filled options to your own mind, your own thoughts, your own actions. Being kind first and foremost to yourself is the only way to be able to find kindness and compassion for others. It may not be today, but you will feel a day where you understand “why” all of those things happened.
