I always enjoy beer but especially after a long day of hard work. What better work is there that to make beer and enjoy beer. It’s in the summer here and it’s time for a easy drinking beer and that’s what is being made in the background a easy drinking IPA.

Some will say that it takes a long time for little reward but this is a hobby that makes you feel like you are actually doing fun science projects. Look at the yeast starter (3d printed). This was a sample to make sure the 3D printed stir plate was working.

Every brew day has a challenge and this one was just having divided time between family and critical times in the recipe. At the end of every brew day I like to crack open a special beer. The beer that got cracked today was in my cellar for 5 years and it was just as great as I recalled when I had it 5 years ago.

The beer is a coffee stout that you will chew through. It’s THICK and great. It’s got a bold roasted coffee flavor and the alcohol to balance out the bold coffee profile.

There are many people who refuse to drink while brewing I am not one of these people and feel you should have a beer throughout the process of you special day. That’s why I enjoy this meme so much.
