Add feature to qualify posts

Intro

Since a few days ago Utopian has more than 100 contributions per day, that is a lot of work for Moderators.
Although we know Utopian has an high quality standard and low quality post or duplicated post aren't approved, sometimes we can see this kind of post in the site because the huge amount of contributions per day.
This is ok, because Mods are humans, but we can help they

Idea

I think adding a new feature we can solve this problem.
In my opinion, downvoting posts in Utopian isn't the best way to solve the problem of low quality or similar post, because downvoting someone you decrease his reputation and visibility in all the blockchain.

Mark Post

This new feature is only for Utopian site.
Only users with more than $X contributions rewards can Mark.
An User can Mark a post once

Marks are added to the post and to the user

Post with a lot of Marks will receive less %Upvote from Utopian-bot
User with several Marks will receive less %Upvote from Utopian-bot in all of his new posts
Only Mods can manually delete Marks

If a post has 0 Marks after 24hs it was created

• The total Marks of the User decrease X times

How it works?

When you click in Mark Post you will see this box

Then,

• if the post has low quality you click in Low quality post and Done
• if the post is similar to another in Utopian you check Similar Post , put the link of the other post (the original) and click Done

If the post was marked as Similar Post the link of the original post will be showed to the author so he can discuss about it on Discord.

What about Trolls and Spammers?

First they need more than $X on contributions rewards to mark.
Second, the Mark system will use the logistic function

For example, we can set something like this:

X axis: Amount of Marks
Y axis: Mark index

So if a Troll Marks all the post nothing will happen, but if more users Mark the same post the Mark Index wil increase more and more.
