🇺🇾 Busking in Punta del Este, Uruguay 🎸

Here on the beach, having fun inventing chord wheels. In the morning we walked along the seaside to the center, where we played with my violinist companion until lunchtime. Then it was getting to know and walking through the friendly streets and squares of Uruguay, where they always give you greetings and good vibes.

Life as a street musician is broad so to speak. You can play in squares. At the exit of events. You can play on buses, or as was our case, at the traffic lights themselves. Intervening the wait of the drivers with a smile and a few seconds of well-known songs that lift their spirits.

Some roll up the window, but many smile, collaborate with a few coins or words of encouragement. When it goes well, some sing, and the children look out to see more and laugh. It is fun and exciting and always provides moments of creative learning.

And well, this has been my humble participation in Busker all around the world PHOTOGRAPHY contest (round 13).

Thanks to @tommyl33 for promoting this contest that reminded me of such good times.

Aca en la playa, divertido inventando ruedas de acordes. A la mañana caminabamos por el costado del mar hasta el centro, donde tocabamos con mi compañera violinista hasta la hora del almuerzo. Despues era conocer y caminar por las amigables calles y plazas de Uruguay, donde siempre te regalan saludos y buena onda.

La vida como musicp callejero es amplia por asi decirlo. Puedes tocar en plazas. A la salida de eventos. Puedes tocar en colectivos, o como era nuestro caso, en los mismos semaforos. Interviniendo la espera de los conductores con una sonrisa y algunos segundos de canciones muy conocidas que levanten el animo.

Algunos suben la ventanilla, pero muchos sonrien, colaboran con algunas monedas o palabras de aliento. Cuando sale bien, algunos cantan, y los niños se asoman para ver mas y se rien. Es divertido y emociona y siempre regala momentos de aprendizaje creativo.

Y bueno, esta ha sido mi humilde participacion en Busker all around the world PHOTOGRAPHY contest (round 13).
