The power of evaluation.
The year is winding up hence the need for self appraisal, organizational and all manners of evaluation. The power of evaluation can't just be overemphasized. One thing that keeps life and organisations going lies in the boundary of evaluation.
Anyone that does not evaluate himself or herself is like an individual that doesn't have good roots.

How would you know your accomplishments? How would you know how far you've gone? How would you know the done and undone tasks? How do you ascertain strength or weakness? To answer all these, evaluation can't be exonerated. I have been in this for a couple of years now. My life has taken a quantum leap because I'm deliberate in ensuring that I evaluate my life and my life goals as well.

The year 2024 is gradually wrapping up. The big question remains how far have you gone? What have you done? It's time for one to start evaluation.
The benefits of evaluation includes;

• Focus. One of the greatest and best way to deal with distraction and stay focused is evaluation. The more you evaluate, the more you become more you become focused and gaze at the target.
• Evaluation helps know to track records and established good statement which could be used as a roadmap for subsequent goals.
• Evaluation enables one to live a purpose driven life.
