Added a "lock fokus" feature to the color picker app

Components

Color Picker is used to select colors on the image and also to fill in areas that have color similarity where you press the mouse. In the example below I want to remove the background on the image.

Proposal

the suggestion for color picker app is to add a lock focus feature, so that the user can focus and adjust the color exposure on the image.

Benefits

the benefit of my suggestion is that the user of color picker application is to add lock focus feature, so user can focus and arrange the color
