How we can get more users on Steemit ?

İ have some idea for steemit team .When i talk to my friends about Steemit they just say sounds good and continue surf on facebook twitter etc. But many of them just asked me how to sign up and i showed them how to do it but we know that now steemit have some problems with registration . İt takes too long and that the main problem right now i think .
Because people forget about steemit untill they get confirmation . When confirmation mail comes too late people will lost their interest on it and they can’t remember how to use it and make money . İ think steemit.com should solve this problem as soon as possible if really wants to be number 1 social network . And what’s your opinion about that ?
