Introduction

Hello everyone hope you all are good well today post is the takeaway tortilla post which is used to cook in Deep oven made of rocks.its a traditional way of tortilla cooking in asia.

Interior

its not a big setup just a place for deep oven and some shelfes to put the flour on it and cook tortillas.

Tortilla

Well they served 2 types of tortilas

• Roti (a tortila which consists of flour only)
• Naan (mixture of flour and wheet flour)

Well i used to eat the simple floor roti and its very crispy and taste very good with any asian curry dish.

PRICE

• Roti : one roti price is approximately 0.1$
• Naan: one naan price is 0.15$
