Faerie Stories #33: Imbolc Weather Report
Legend has it that if winter is going to last much longer, the Cailleach will make sure Imbolc is nice and sunny so she can go gather more firewood. If it's snowing or raining on Imbolc, that means she is sleeping, and her firewood will run out soon which means warm weather is near.
