Facility Manager Log 2022-05-24

We had heavy overnight storms with driven rain. This morning, we have surveyed the building and found some water penetration. This was not as pronounced as in other instances. However, it does require cleanup.

We also have leaks from the storefront.

I collected photos and videos to show the contractors so that they can diagnose and repair the problem.

The roof has warranty. A crew will be dispatched as soon as the weather clears up. TPO membranes often leak at the welded corners of seams.

I had already started preparing video surveys of the facility for insurance claims in case we have any hurricane damage this year. First, I need to repair these known leaks.
