OLD Electric Meter

As i think all electric meters has been replaced with digital one from houses and offices and perhaps the old one is not in use anywhere. Few days ago I saw a old meter and it was in running mode hence captured that one using my Smartphone.

As you can see meter reading is available on old meter. The building where I saw this meter is 100 years old and when meter replacement job was going on that time the building was locked and that is the reason it couldn't be replaced. However after looking this meter my old memory got rewind. The aluminium wheel of this meter was representing that current is ok or not.

Is this meter still in use anywhere?
