Boneless Raw Fish and Chicken

We have ate boneless chicken or boneless fish many times but today I would like to show you the looks of those here and I have collected it from a local restaurant. Actually there is no permission to enter inside kitchen of any restaurant but anyway I managed got enter and captured the raw boneless fish and chicken.

Raw Boneless Fish

Actually the chef was preparing fish pieces to cook something spicy because there was something mixed like as spices into it. Perhaps he was ready to fry it.

Boneless Chicken For Momo Dish

As you can see there is a big knife and he was using this to cutting the big chicken pieces in tiny pieces. It was clear that the chef will use it to cook Momo dish.
