Celebrating my Babies Milestone and Nesting Graduation 🧑‍🎓🧑‍🎓

I am delighted and grateful for the opportunity to assist new workers in becoming endorsed on the production floor. The faith in me to undertake these large obligations astounded me. Since then, I've been trained to manage our own team and given the same tasks, but this one is different because I'm aiding the novices. I'm always delighted to offer my expertise, and with my new position, I aim to have a greater influence on these new employees.

Today was their graduation, and next week they will be taking contacts and implementing the learnings and expertise we have offered them over the last weeks. It's been exhausting, but the end result is always satisfying. We get the opportunity to bond and get to know each other, as well as my co-SMEs. I'm bracing myself for more hand-raising moments and queries from them next week, but I'll have to be patient since whatever they're dealing with is the same predicament I was in four years ago.
