간수치가 높아서
혈소판 헌혈을 못하고 있습니다.
이번에 간수치를 잴 예정인데.. 낮밤이 뒤바뀐 생활 중이라 그리 떨어지지 않았을 것 같네요.
건강에 무리가 될 정도의 간수치는 아니라고는 하는데...
한동안 컨디션이 안 좋아서 헌혈을 못 하고 있었는데, 수면 관리를 좀 해야겠다 싶습니다.
